Essential oils and how we use them

They are natural aromatic components found in seeds, bark, flowers, stems, roots or other parts of plants and fruits. They can be strong and beautifully scented. If you have ever had the pleasure of smelling a rose, or walked around a flower garden, or smelled the scent of freshly cut mint, you have experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils. Oils can lift the mood, calm the senses, and induce a strong emotional experience. However, the use of essential oils goes far beyond their aromatic use.

Essential oils have been used for millennia in many cultures for their medicinal and therapeutic properties. Even modern trends are turning more and more towards traditional health care, and the growing interest of the scientific community brings new approvals of alternative health practices, which lead to the rediscovery of the real health benefits of essential oils. Many oils have very strong cleansing qualities and are naturally anti-microbial. Their unique chemical structure allows them to be applied directly to the skin, inhaled or used internally for an immediate response of the human system. Some oils can be used as a support to improve vitality and well-being. The use of essential oils results in aromatic appeal, healing and therapeutic effects, and it all starts with opening the bottle of oil…..
